Guidance for members

When: Thursday 7.30 pm-9.00 pm to sing
Where: Keele University Dorothy Hodgkin Building, Room 0.63 (see below for directions).

How much? please see the ‘How to Join’ page for up to date fees and arrangements

What do I need to know for each session?

Please try to bring some water with you.

We start promptly at 7.30pm so please aim to be there a few minutes early.  We only take a short comfort break in the middle so we can focus on the singing, so please save the chatting and socialising for afterwards, when we’ve been going for a drink at the Keele Postgraduate Association.  On Thursdays they often run their Folk Club which has been a great way to make an evening of it!

Location/directions:
The choir meets in the Keele University, Dorothy Hodgkin Building, Room 0.63 on Keele University campus.  Please drive into the centre of campus, heading in the direction of the Sports Centre, but going past the turning to the Sports Centre and taking the next left hand turn.

Parking is in the centre of the campus, outside the entrance to the Dorothy Hodgkin Building (building number 18 on the map below). The parking is the yellow shaded area between buildings 18 and 21. The entrance nearest the care park is near our rehearsal room (0.63), and has good wheelchair access. There are also disabled spaces in that area.

Dorothy Hodgkin is building 18, and the car park is the area under the label – ‘Science Learning’
